As I write this, I am preparing to travel to Washington DC. I have been busily making arrangements for the children, and I have been busily washing laundry. It seems that the chore list gets longer when I am going to be out of town for a few days.
Rayville is about 180 or so miles north of Baton Rouge near Monroe. I have lots of family down there too. My husband has a brother and a sister living in that area, and I have an aunt how lives down there.

Looking forward to DC as well. Where is Rayville in relation to Baton Rouge (or other larger LA cities)? I have about half my family in the BR area.
